Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – IT & Non-IT Recruitment with 4–5 years of experience in recruitment and staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment accounts, driving individual hiring performance, and leading a team of recruiters.

This is a hands-on leadership role where the Account Manager is expected to contribute directly to recruitment delivery while managing team performance, client/candidate relationships, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Individual Contribution

Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Source, screen, qualify, and submit candidates based on client requirements.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location,



availability, and compensation.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Ensure quality submissions and timely closure of assigned positions.
Personally handle critical and priority requirements when required.

Account Management

Manage assigned recruitment accounts and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Understand client hiring requirements, priorities, expectations, and turnaround times.
Coordinate with clients regarding open positions, candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and closures.
Track recruitment performance and provide regular status updates.
Identify opportunities to increase business and improve account performance.
Ensure recruiters are aligned with client-specific recruitment processes and expectations.
