About the team and role: Vivriti Capital seeks a Treasury Associate to support its growing operations. The person will work both within Treasury and with a diverse set of cross functional stakeholders along with external banking partners.

Responsibilities

This position requires a self-starter who will work to support Treasury processes,



analytics and reporting that provide information in a transparent manner to senior management. The successful candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, large complex data and balancing multiple competing priorities. Key responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly information MIS for existing/new lenders/credit agency for credit / renewal of facility/rating renewal etc.
Preparation of CMA, financials information and understanding on financial parameters, handling queries of banks in relation to proposals.
Undertaking activities such as preparation and execution of the documentation set i.e., disbursement request letter, fee debit letters etc, arranging for Board resolutions, reps and warranties certificate, KYC and constitutional documents for each borrowing.
Cross Functional coordination with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal for closure of data requirements as well as legal documentation, board resolutions etc.
