Role Description The Creative Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The Creative Director will lead the creative vision for campaigns and brand initiatives, guiding concept development, visual identity, and messaging across digital and offline channels. This role includes managing and mentoring creative teams,



reviewing and refining design work, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions, present ideas to clients, and oversee project execution from concept to final delivery. The position also involves staying current with industry trends, elevating creative standards, and contributing to new business pitches and proposals.
Qualifications
Ability to provide strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy for multi-channel campaigns and brand experiences.
Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities and brand systems.
Hands-on experience in Graphic Design, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and digital design best practices.
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring creativ
