We are seeking an Agentic AI Lead to join our AI Engineering team and drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions for MarTech usecases. The role requires hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and modern cloud-native application development.

Primary Responsibilities

Agentic AI Development
Design and implement autonomous and multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning,



tool invocation, and workflow execution
Build agent workflows using agent orchestration frameworks
Develop reusable agent components, skills, tools, and enterprise integrations
Enable human-in-the-loop controls and agent governance mechanisms
LLM & Generative AI Engineering
Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate Large Language Models (LLMs) for business use cases
Design robust prompt engineering and prompt management strategies
Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and response quality
Implement model evaluation and monitoring frameworks
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Design and implement enterprise-scale RAG solutions
Build document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and ranking pipelines
Manage vector databases and knowledge repositories
Improve factual accuracy and reduce AI hallucinations through grounded retrieval strategies
