The role owns end-to-end enterprise sales strategy, high-value corporate partnerships, employer engagement, and sales team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Grow the Enterprise sales business in India Develop and execute the GTM strategy for Enterprise learning to drive revenue growth across target industries and enterprise accounts. Drive revenue growth by focusing on acquiring new clients and key account growth through targeted outreach, industry events, networking channels,



and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to align solutions with market needs, improve positioning, and generate enterprise leads. Build and manage strategic relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, procurement leaders, business unit heads, and key corporate decision-makers. Build and lead a solid KPI-driven Enterprise sales and career services team. Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and corporate events to enhance market presence and brand visibility.
