We serve banks, NBFCs, and fintechs, and we own a space no one else does cleanly — the collections-to-legal pipeline, the moment a defaulter moves from a collections workflow into the legal system. Founded in 2016, we're now scaling our category presence, and marketing sits at the center of that push.

The Role
We're looking for someone to run the day-to-day marketing engine and grow into owning the function. You'll take strategic ideas from the CEO and Marketing Lead and turn them into finished, publish-ready work — content, campaigns, reports, and events. This is an execution-heavy role with a clear path to ownership for the right person.

What You'll Own
Run the content calendar and publishing cadence across LinkedIn (including founder-led posts), the company newsletter, and social channels.
Turn rough briefs into finished assets — posts, carousels, one-pagers, email, and landing-page copy.




Support production of flagship data reports and thought-leadership content aimed at Collections and Legal Heads in BFSI.
Run campaigns end to end — planning, asset creation, scheduling, distribution, and reporting.
Manage marketing operations track campaign performance, leads, and KPIs.
Maintain website and landing pages (WordPress) and keep basic SEO hygiene in order.
Help plan and execute events and webinars — invites, content hooks, and follow-up.
Coordinate with design, product, and sales on shared deliverables.
Own reporting — maintain simple dashboards on reach, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
Must-Haves
MBA in Marketing or a closely related field.
Internship with marketing experience inside a SaaS or IT company's marketing team.
Solid written English and the ability to turn a directive brief into finished copy with minimal back-and-forth.
