Role: D365 CRM & Power Platform Developer
Experience: 4+ years for Developer (Consultant level) | 6+ years for Team Lead (Senior Consultant level)
Location: Hyderabad or Mumbai (Thane) only
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Work Mode: On-site, alternate Saturdays working
Employment type: Full-time

Must Have: Experience in either PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) OR Azure Functions — this is mandatory, not optional.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated D365 CRM & Power Platform Developer to join our energetic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customer relationship management (CRM) and business process automation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. As a developer, you will play a critical role in building innovative solutions that enhance our organization's digital capabilities and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with business analysts,



architect/team lead understand business requirement and implementing the same.
Build D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including customizations, configurations, workflows, plugins, custom connectors, Power Apps( canvas app and model-driven app).
Hands on exposure on client side scripting ( JS/TS)
Implement business logic, data integrations, and automation processes to optimize customer engagement and streamline business workflows.
Create, test, and deploy Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks, integrate systems, and improve overall process efficiency.
Develop and customize reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
