Role Description The Sales Associate role at FDE Academy is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.



The Sales Associate will engage prospective learners and corporate partners, conduct discovery conversations, and clearly communicate the value of FDE Academy’s programs and offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound leads, delivering product presentations and program walkthroughs, and following up with potential applicants through calls, emails, and messaging platforms. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with marketing and academic teams to refine messaging, and supporting admissions processes such as application review and enrollment guidance. The Sales Associate will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while providing a consultative, learner-centric experience that aligns with the Academy’s mission.
