Role Description The Content Strategist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that support 16VC’s brand, portfolio, and thought leadership across digital channels. Day-to-day activities include planning editorial calendars, creating and refining messaging for website, blog, newsletters, and social media, and collaborating with investment and marketing teams to translate complex venture and startup topics into clear, compelling narratives.



The Content Strategist will manage content workflows, ensure consistency of tone and style, analyze content performance, and optimize future content based on data and audience insights. The role also involves staying current on trends in venture capital, startups, and digital content to inform strategy and execution.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand, audience, and business objectives.
Experience in Content Management and Content Development, including planning, organizing, and maintaining content across platforms.
Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with a focus on clarity, structure, and audience engagement.
Proficiency in creating content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media, ideally within venture capital, finance, or technology sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and editorial rigor.
