Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the Accounts & Finance function. The ideal candidate should have valuable accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in an auditor's office, and a sound understanding of export-import documentation and customs procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate accounting entries.
Prepare and verify sales invoices and purchase invoices.
Maintain and reconcile ledgers, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
Prepare and maintain GRNs and related documentation.
Handle E-invoicing and ensure compliance with GST requirements.
Maintain accounting records and transactions in Tally.
Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits and coordinate with auditors.
Handle accounting and documentation related to export and import transactions.




Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and logistics teams for import/export-related activities.
Ensure proper documentation and records for customs and export-import transactions.
Assist in GST compliance, reconciliations, and other statutory requirements.
Monitor receivables and payables and follow up for timely closure.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Prepare basic reports and MIS as required by management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP.
Good understanding of GST and E-invoicing.
Knowledge of Export-Import procedures and Customs.
Good understanding of sales and purchase invoicing.
Strong knowledge of ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
