Altrus AI is looking for a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects within the insurance domain. If you excel at steering cross-functional teams, driving on-time delivery, and bringing strong technical and domain expertise to the table, we'd love to connect.

About the role You'll oversee and manage IT projects end-to-end, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and driving collaboration across stakeholders. This role calls for strong technical and insurance domain expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Experience: 7–12 years

Key responsibilities • Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget • Collaborate with business, development, QA, and architecture teams to define project goals and success criteria • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups for efficient Agile/Scrum execution • Monitor project performance,



identifying and resolving risks and issues • Maintain detailed project documentation, including charters, plans, and status reports • Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative setting

Preferred skills & qualifications • Insurance Domain Expertise: Proven experience in IT projects within the insurance industry, with an understanding of processes, regulations, and customer needs • Experience managing gross margins, project cost, P&L;, and profitability • Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, plus Fixed Bid projects • Leadership: Experience managing teams of 10+ developers • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master preferred • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Tool proficiency: JIRA, MS Project, and similar project management software • Familiari
