Job Purpose: The ERC Engineer - Process supports the ERC Lead - Process in engineering and designing coal washeries and mineral processing plants. This role involves assisting in process planning, equipment selection, documentation preparation, vendor coordination, and ensuring project efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

Concept/Basic engineering/Detail engineering of Utility system for mine projects.
Preparation of Process Flow Diagram,



Piping & Instrument diagram, GA drawings, Bill of Quantity, Presentations, Detail Project reports,
Preparation of Water demand & balance report, load list, design Basis, Civil Inputs etc.
Preparation of Technical Specification of all bought out items.
EPC tender preparation.
Vendor discussion and communication for mechanical equipment and accessories, and new technology updates etc. Preparation of Technical Evaluation/Recommendation sheets for offers received from vendors.
Value engineering- Implementation of current technologies, modification of designs and systems according to value analysis.
Ensure the timely and proper interface detailing with other departments. Continuously update the team manager about the trend & innovations
