Role Description The Junior Analytics Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making across the platform. In this position, the individual will collect, clean, and analyze user and performance data to identify trends, measure engagement,



and evaluate the effectiveness of interview practice offerings. The role involves building dashboards and visual reports, preparing regular analytics summaries, and assisting in defining KPIs for product, marketing, and operations teams. The Junior Analytics Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for improving user experience, conversion, and retention. The role also includes contributing to experimentation, basic forecasting, and ongoing optimization of internal processes and reporting frameworks.
