The Role
We are looking for a relentless, high-energy Inside Sales & Admissions Specialist who thrives on a target-driven setting. This is not a passive counseling role; this is a fast-paced sales position with target based from Day 1. Your primary mission is to convert inbound leads, handle walk-in inquiries, consult with aspiring artists/parents, and close admissions to hit our monthly batch targets.

What You’ll Do
Drive Conversions:



Actively call high-intent inbound leads (generated from our social media and ad campaigns) to pitch our premium film and media courses.
Consultative Closing: Guide aspiring students and their parents through the curriculum, handle objections smoothly, and create a sense of urgency to lock in admissions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, daily follow-up pipeline. Move leads aggressively through the funnel from initial contact to fee payment.
Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly admission quotas set by the academy.
Walk-In Management: Host prospective students at our academy campus, giving them a compelling tour that builds value and drives immediate on-the-spot enrollment.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
The Closer Mindset: Proven track record in EdTech sales, course admissions, insurance, or premium inside sales where you consistently hit targets.
