Role Overview

Khaitan India Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Business Manager to spearhead business operations, revenue growth, and distribution expansion across Southern Tamil Nadu, headquartered in Madurai.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned trade skilled with deep-rooted experience in Fans, Small Domestic Appliances, or Consumer Durables. This leader will drive both primary and secondary sales, build long-term distributor partnerships across tier-2 and tier-3 markets, and lead frontline field sales teams to aggressively increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Sales Target Delivery: Plan, budget, and execute regional sales strategies to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary targets (volume and value).
- Channel & Distribution Expansion: Identify, onboard, and manage top-tier distributors,



dealers, and retail counters across Madurai and surrounding southern territories (Tirunelveli, Dindigul, Trichy, Virudhunagar, Tuticorin, etc.).
- Commercial & Financial Governance: Oversee trade scheme execution, pricing hygiene, credit terms, and timely collection cycles while ensuring distributor profitability and healthy stock rotation.
- Field Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Managers, and field sales executives to ensure high on-ground productivity and retail beat discipline.
- Trade Engagement & Visual Merchandising: Execute high-impact dealer meets, festive schemes, retailer incentive programs, and in-store visibility drives to boost brand recall and counter-share.
- Supply Chain & Depot Coordination: Work closely with the regional C&F; depot and logistics teams to forecast demand accurately and ensure uninterrupted product supply
