8+ years’ experience in Customization of Dynamics 365 CRM applications (Dynamics
365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales), including adjacent services and
technologies such as the Dataverse, Plugins, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Web
Apps, Function Apps. Experience .NET / C# experience including Web Services
development and deployment. Extensive experience in application architecture,
design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 applications Proven ability to
leverage technical expertise to guide teams and influence decision makers.
Participate in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft
Dynamics CRM, xRM framework and. C#.NET . Lead the development of user stories
and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to client stakeholders.
