About The Role

AssetPlus is looking for an accomplished Sales Head to take complete ownership of business growth and distribution across North, East or West India.

This is a senior business leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the assigned zone — driving AUM growth, net sales, SIP scale, partner activation, insurance revenue, PMS/AIF mobilisation, market expansion and frontline productivity.

We are looking for a leader who can operate as the “Mini CEO” of the Zone — combining robust field presence, partner relationships, commercial acumen, data-driven governance and high-performance team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Revenue Growth

Own zonal business targets across AUM, gross sales, net sales, SIP, AUM transfers, insurance, PMS/AIF and emerging wealth products.




Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly business plans across regions, cities and partner segments.
Drive partner productivity, revenue growth and overall business performance across the zone.

Partner Ecosystem

Build, acquire, activate and retain a high-quality network of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs).
Develop strategic relationships with key partners and drive deeper wallet share.
Improve partner activation, transaction frequency, SIP penetration and AUM growth.
Identify high-potential partners and create structured growth plans.

Team Leadership

Lead and develop Channel Heads, Regional Managers and Relationship Managers across the assigned geography.
Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, market presence and execution.
Coach teams on partner management, AUM mobilisation, SIP, insurance and wealth-product penetration.
Build a strong second line of leadership.
