Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (BDE – B2B Sales) role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying, prospecting,



and closing B2B opportunities with gated communities, resident welfare associations, and management committees to drive adoption of the NoBrokerHood platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting meetings and demos, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new societies. The Business Development Manager will maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, gather market insights, and collaborate with internal teams such as operations, product, and marketing to support client needs. The role also requires tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and acquisition targets.
