Role Description The International Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving international property sales and expanding the company’s global client base. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with international investors and partners, and presenting tailored real estate solutions aligned with client needs. Daily tasks include leading sales negotiations,



preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal teams for market insights, and ensuring smooth execution of cross-border transactions. The International Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in events and roadshows, and provide regular sales reporting and forecasting to leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong international sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Proficiency in relationship management, negotiation, and closing complex deals in a multicultural environment.
- Solid understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyse data, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English;
