As the first point of contact for our US-based clients and their residents, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, listen carefully to understand the issue being raised, and route it accurately to the right internal team whether that's maintenance, leasing, accounts, or Operations This is a moderate-volume, quick-paced role where clear communication, patience, and accuracy matter more than tenure.



You won't be expected to solve every issue yourself your job is to understand it correctly, log it properly, and get it to the people who can.

Job Title : Customer Support Executive

Location: Gurugram, Haryana — On-site

Employment Type: Full-time (5-day week, Mon–Fri)

Shift: US shift — approx. 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST

Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with strong English communication welcome)

Compensation: ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls — answer inbound calls and make outbound calls professionally, courteously, and within US business hours.

• Understand the issue — actively listen to callers (property managers, tenants, owners, vendors) to accurately identify the nature and urgency of their request.

• Route & escalate — log each issue correctly and direct it to the concerned internal team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• Document interactions — maintain clear, accurate call
