Job Description
Location: Haryana/Delhi (Sonipat/Kharkhoda/Rohtak/Gandhra)

Experience Required: 3–5 years in Real Estate Sales (with team handling experience)

Time - 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary - 35-50k (Incentives)

Job Overview:
/n
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager in the real estate sector, specifically in plots/land sales. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project sales in the Haryana region/Delhi (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Rohtak & Gandhra).

Key Responsibilities:
/n
1. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
/n
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plot sales
/n
3. Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
/n
4. Generate and oversee lead generation activities (digital, references, etc.)
/n
5. Handle high-value clients and close critical deals
/n
6. Conduct site visits with clients and support team members when required
/n
7.
Maintain robust relationships with channel partners and brokers
/n
8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
/n
9. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and lead management
/n
10. Ensure proper documentation and smooth closure of deals
/n
11. Enrollment for New channel Partner's
/n
/n
Required Skills & Qualifications:
/n
1. Proven experience in real estate sales, especially in plots/land sales
/n
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
/n
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
/n
4. In-depth knowledge of Haryana/Delhi real estate market (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Rohtak & Gandhra)
/n
5. Ability to handle pressure and achieve aggressive targets
/n
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
/n
