? Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive – E-Waste

Hani Recycler is looking for an energetic and experienced Offline Marketing / Business Development professional to help us expand our e-waste recycling business and build robust relationships with companies and organizations.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Visit companies, factories, offices, institutions and other potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify companies that have e-waste disposal, recycling or waste management requirements.
• Track and identify e-waste tenders, quotations, RFQs and other business opportunities.
• When a company releases an e-waste tender or has a disposal requirement, visit the company and communicate with the concerned department.
• Build and maintain relationships with Purchase, Admin, Facility, IT, EHS, CSR and other relevant departments.
• Regularly contact and follow up with multiple companies to generate leads and convert them into clients.




• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, references and corporate connections.
• Explain Hani Recycler's e-waste recycling and waste management services to potential clients.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, proposals, site visits and client requirements.
• Maintain a database of companies, leads, follow-ups, tenders and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and business development targets.

? REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Offline Marketing, Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in B2B marketing and client acquisition is preferred.
• Experience in e-waste, recycling, waste management, scrap, facility management or a related industry will be an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with regular field visits
