About The Role

Daira deploys through the system — teachers and anganwadi workers run our programmes, not our field team. As an Academy Trainer you will make that true: delivering the training and certification that leaves a school, a centre or a block able to run screening without us in the room.

Key responsibilities

Deliver Academy training to teachers, anganwadi workers and clinical users.
Run certification cohorts and keep the standard consistent across regions.
Adapt delivery to the language and literacy of the room in front of you.
Maintain training material with the clinical and content teams.
Follow up after training on whether the skill actually held.
Report honestly where training did not land, and why.

What we’re looking for

3+ years training adults — teachers, frontline workers or clinical staff.
Fluency in Telugu, Odia or Gujarati alongside English.
Background in education,



psychology or public health.
Someone who teaches to competence, not to attendance.
