About The Role

Once a deployment is live, somebody has to keep it that way. In Implementation and Post-Sales Support Operations you will run the operational layer behind every account: setup and configuration, day-to-day support across schools and centres, escalation into engineering, and the documentation that stops the same question arriving twice.

Key responsibilities

Run setup and configuration for new schools, centres and programmes.
Handle day-to-day support across live accounts.
Triage and escalate into engineering with reproducible detail.
Maintain SOPs and the internal knowledge base.
Track recurring issues and push for the fix rather than the workaround.
Support field teams through deployment and screening weeks.

What we’re looking for

2+ years in technical support, implementation or operations.
Patience with users who are not technical and should not have to be.




Clear written communication — tickets, SOPs and handovers.
Enough curiosity to find the cause instead of forwarding the symptom.
