Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, and present suitable luxury residential and investment options from Dwelling’s portfolio.



Daily responsibilities include conducting property presentations and site visits, managing inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting clients through negotiation and closing. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with internal teams to access exclusive inventory, and staying current on market trends and project launches. The Sales Executive will also contribute to building long-term client relationships and enhancing the overall client experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on high-value and luxury clientele.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including confident client-facing interaction and professional written communication.
Solid understanding of real estate markets, especially premium and luxury segments; prior experience in real estate or wealth advisory is an advantage.
