Role Description The Assistant Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for driving health insurance sales and achieving business targets in the assigned territory. This role involves managing and motivating the local sales team,



supporting and developing agents and channel partners, and ensuring consistent growth in premium and policy sales. The person in this position will plan and execute area-level sales strategies, conduct regular market visits, and build robust relationships with customers, intermediaries, and corporate partners. Day-to-day activities include tracking performance metrics, providing training and guidance to the field force, coordinating with internal departments for policy issuance and servicing, and ensuring compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires identifying new business opportunities, implementing local marketing initiatives, and maintaining high standards of customer experience.
