Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-focused Sales Professional to handle inbound leads from corporate employees, professionals, premium and HNI customers.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Car Leasing, Automotive Sales, Soft Sales, Consultative Sales, Premium Product Sales, Corporate Sales or Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and customer enquiries through calls and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into qualified opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with premium, HNI and corporate customers.
Achieve lead conversion and closure targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
Provide a professional and personalized customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and closure.
