Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Civil Engineer role based in Kolkata. The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee civil design and execution for residential projects, including structural layouts, site development, and utility planning. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, codes, and local regulations. The role involves managing stormwater and drainage systems,



monitoring construction quality and progress on site, and resolving technical issues that arise during project implementation. The Senior Civil Engineer will also contribute to project planning, cost estimation, and continuous improvement of engineering practices within the organization.
Qualifications
Strong civil engineering foundation, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills.
Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
Proficiency in project Planning for residential and site development projects.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Relevant professional experience in building or real estate development, preferably in urban environments.
