We are a growing Travel Agency specializing in Domestic and International Tours, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented, and result-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through online platforms, social media, referrals, networking, and other business development channels.
Respond to and manage leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, website inquiries, and other sources.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.
Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
Follow up consistently with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs,



and other travel partners for smooth execution of tours.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
Identify new sales opportunities and contribute ideas for increasing business.
Stay updated on popular destinations, travel trends, packages, and promotional offers.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in travel sales, holiday packages, or the travel & tourism industry.
Proven ability to generate, follow up, and convert leads.
Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in selling domestic and international holiday packages will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
