As a Technical Support Intern, you’ll work closely with our Support and Engineering teams to monitor issues,



troubleshoot basic technical problems, and help ensure a great customer experience. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to SaaS support, troubleshooting, documentation, and incident management.

What you’ll be doing

Monitor alerts, emails, and tickets and proactively identify issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
Assist with diagnosing and resolving issues on the Observe.AI platform.
Document issues, solutions, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
Assist with product testing and creation of customer-facing training materials.
Learn new features and technologies and develop expertise in the Observe.AI platform.

What you’ll bring to the role

Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
0–1 year of experience; internships or academic projects are a plus.
