Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and maintenance of HR records and documentation.



The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, supporting compliance with labor regulations, and ensuring alignment with organizational values and culture. The Human Resources Executive will manage employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and supporting engagement and retention initiatives. Additional responsibilities include coordinating performance management processes, assisting with recruitment activities, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning and HR reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with organizational HR frameworks and workforce planning.
