Role Description The Corporate Trainer will design, develop, and deliver CAD and technical training programs to corporate and CSR partner teams in an in office, full-time role based in Noida.



Responsibilities include conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, creating training materials and assessments, and tailoring content to different learner groups and corporate requirements. The trainer will evaluate participant performance, provide constructive feedback, and track learning outcomes to ensure training effectiveness. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and corporate stakeholders, scheduling and planning batches, and continuously updating training content based on industry trends and technology changes. The Corporate Trainer will contribute to program improvement, support reporting for CSR initiatives, and help maintain high standards of learner engagement and professional conduct.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in CAD tools and technical training, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.
