Location: Green Park, Recent Delhi (in-office) | Type: Full-time | Reports to: CEO | CTC: ₹5–7 LPA (based on performance)

About the Role La Maison Eterna is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue across our B2B channels - corporate gifting, wedding/trousseau orders, and hospitality partnerships. You'll own the full sales cycle and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities




Identify and develop new business in corporate gifting, wedding orders, and hospitality/events
Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients from lead to close
Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch decks for bulk/bespoke orders
Negotiate pricing and terms in line with margin guidelines
Build relationships with HR/admin heads, wedding planners, and hospitality procurement teams
Track sales targets and pipeline health; report directly to the CEO
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and with operations on fulfillment

Requirements
2+ years of experience specifically in corporate or wedding gifting (must-have)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with high-ticket, relationship-driven B2B sales
Excellent written and verbal communication
Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
