Lead Generation & Customer Engagement Executive
Telecalling | WhatsApp | Social Media | Sales Conversion
? Jewellery Industry Experience is MANDATORY.
What you’ll be doing:
• Generate new leads through telecalling, WhatsApp & social media
• Reach out to potential customers and introduce them to NESIY
• Handle customer enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp and other platforms
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery
• Follow up with interested and warm leads
• Share product details, catalogues and offers with customers
• Build genuine relationships and keep customers engaged
• Handle customer objections and help convert enquiries into orders
• Reconnect with old/inactive leads and explore new sales opportunities
• Maintain an organised database of leads and follow-up status
• Track leads from first conversation to final conversion
• Share regular updates on leads, follow-ups and conversions
What we’re looking for:
• 1+ year of experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory
• Good understanding of jewellery products, customer preferences and buying behaviour
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Good understanding of WhatsApp and social media customer handling
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented and comfortable with sales
• Proactive, organised and result-driven
