Role Description The Assistant role at AEM Global Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Patiala. The Assistant will support daily institute operations, including scheduling classes, coordinating with trainers and students, and maintaining records and documentation. This role involves handling phone and in-person inquiries,



providing basic information about courses, and assisting with admissions and registrations. The Assistant will help prepare training materials, manage classroom readiness, and support event or workshop coordination. Additional responsibilities may include basic data entry, updating student databases, and collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth learning experience for all participants.
