The Opportunity & Compensation Structure
This is an entrepreneurial role designed for a high-performing asset-gatherer who wants to break away from traditional salary caps and earn true upside on their results.




Fixed Base: Up to ₹20 Lakhs per annum (dependent on experience).
Variable Upside: Up to ₹80 Lakhs in structured, milestone-based commission fees driven by net recent AUM brought into the fund.
Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹1 Crore per annum.

Key Responsibilities
AUM Growth: Drive domestic and global capital raising by identifying, pitching, and onboarding new investors.
Network Cultivation: Leverage and expand a robust network of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-HNWIs, family offices, and wealth advisory platforms.
Investor Relations: Confidently present the fund's investment philosophy, performance metrics, and portfolio strategy to sophisticated prospects.
Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of the sales cycle, from cold outreach and professional networking to final commitment signatures.
