What you’ll do:
Handle parent & student queries through calls, WhatsApp & email
Support student onboarding and parent engagement
Manage fee follow-ups & renewals
Coordinate with Academic, Sales, Finance & Operations teams
Track student kits and deliveries
Support basic sales/renewal opportunities
Maintain CRM and follow-up records
Must Have:
✅ Excellent English + Hindi communication
✅ Personal laptop is mandatory
✅ Valuable calling, follow-up & coordination skills
✅ Customer/parent support mindset
✅ 0.6–2 years experience in Customer Support, EdTech, Education,
