Role Description The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Real Estate is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Bhubaneswar. This position supports the Chief Executive Officer in overseeing end-to-end real estate operations, including project planning, execution, and performance monitoring across the portfolio.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities to drive timely delivery of projects, maintain compliance, and optimize profitability. The Deputy CEO will also mentor senior managers, contribute to organizational policies, and represent the company in key negotiations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis for real estate projects.
Demonstrated experience in Operations Management, with a track record of overseeing multi-site real estate or construction operations.




Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including market analysis, portfolio planning, and long-term growth strategies.
Experience in Sales within the real estate sector, such as managing sales teams, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.
Proven leadership skills, including team management, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
Prior experience in a senior management role in real estate or infrastructure organizations; experience within the Bhubaneswar or regional market is an advantage.
