As Finance and Accounts Manager you will own the accounting and statutory compliance behind all of it, the invoicing that turns commitments into receipts, and the cash-flow view the company plans against.
Key responsibilities
Own accounting, book-keeping and statutory compliance.
Run invoicing and billing across every revenue line — recurring, one-time and milestone.
Own the master income sheet across both revenue and funding.
Hold cash-flow governance and the runway view leadership decides from.
Run the grants and awards application pipeline.
Support audit, procurement and contract finance.
What we’re looking for
CA, CMA or equivalent, with 4+ years in company accounts.
Experience with both recurring software billing and grant or CSR reporting.
Statutory compliance handled without being chased for it.
Someone who would rather flag a cash problem early than explain it late.
