Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Senior Principal / Principal to lead the CBSE School from Nursery to Grade 12 and the Maharashtra State Board Junior College for Grades 11 and 12 across Science, Commerce, and Arts streams.
The role will be responsible for academic excellence, student outcomes, admissions growth, staff development, institutional operations, compliance, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Campus Leadership
Provide strategic leadership for academic excellence and holistic student development.
Oversee the CBSE curriculum from Nursery to Grade 12 and Maharashtra State Board (HSC) curriculum for Grades 11 and 12 across Science, Commerce, and Arts.
Monitor teaching-learning, assessments, academic results, and improvement plans.
Ensure effective preparation for Board and competitive examinations.
Promote innovative, experiential, technology-enabled, and outcome-oriented education.
Coordinate closely with the MIT VGS Head Office team on academic, administrative, HR, admissions, finance, and institutional matters.

Admissions & Business Growth
Lead admissions strategy and achieve enrolment targets.
Build solid relationships with parents, students, and the community.
Drive counselling, parent engagement, campus visits, marketing, and outreach initiatives.
Support sustainable enrolment and revenue growth.
3. Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
Ensure standards of infrastructure, safety, security, and compliance.
Oversee facilities, transport, food services, vendors, and support functions.
Ensure effective resource utilization and smooth campus functioning.
4. Financial & P&L; Management
Take overall ownership of campus Profit & Loss (P&L;).
Prepare and monitor budgets and financial performance.
Drive revenue growth while optimizing operational costs.
Ensure financial discipline and effective resource allocation.
