Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling role based in Indore. The position involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain loan and mortgage products, assess basic eligibility, and generate leads for the sales and advisory teams. The role includes responding to inbound inquiries,



providing clear and accurate information on interest rates, documentation, and process steps, and updating customer records in internal systems. Telecallers will follow scripted and compliant communication guidelines, coordinate with relationship managers to schedule appointments or follow-ups, and support overall customer service quality. The role requires meeting daily calling targets, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
