Role Description The Sales Head – Offline Sales will lead and manage the offline sales function for Katyayani Organics in Bhopal in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies for agrochemical products across traditional channels, including dealers, distributors, and retail outlets. The Sales Head will oversee sales teams,



set and monitor targets, manage key accounts, and ensure strong relationships with channel partners and farmers. Daily responsibilities include reviewing sales performance, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure product availability and promotional activities. The role also includes mentoring team members, implementing sales processes, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
