Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand technical requirements, preparing proposals and quotations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations, providing technical guidance during the sales process, coordinating with engineering and production teams,



and supporting installation or commissioning discussions as needed. The Technical Sales Engineer responds to customer inquiries, offers technical support related to product performance and specifications, and maintains relationships to drive repeat business. The role also includes tracking sales activities, contributing to sales forecasts, and providing feedback to internal teams to improve products and customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills to understand customer requirements, present solutions, and close deals.
Experience in Sales and account management, including pipeline development, negotiation, and relationship building.
Ability to provide Technical Support, including troubleshooting, product explanation, and post-sale assistance.
Excellent Communication skills for clear technical and non-technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
