Role Description The Home Loan Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective home loan customers, explaining product features, and guiding them through the application and approval process. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting field visits and follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams for documentation and processing,



and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The executive will handle customer queries, provide clear information on eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms, and ensure a smooth and transparent customer experience. The role also includes building relationships with channel partners, real estate agents, and other referral sources to generate consistent business.
