Role Description The Sr RM/ Assistant Manager (Real Estate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing client relationships, understanding their investment goals, and recommending suitable residential and commercial real estate options. The individual will oversee property visits, coordinate with developers and internal teams, and support negotiations on pricing, leasing, and transaction terms. Daily responsibilities include tracking leads, maintaining accurate documentation,



monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring timely completion of sales and lease processes. The role also includes market research, competitor analysis, and participation in promotional activities to drive business growth.
Qualifications

Strong real estate domain knowledge, with skills in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate.
Experience in property operations and client servicing, including Property Management.
Lease-related expertise, with skills in Lease Administration and Leases.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze investment opportunities, and manage client portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proven experience in real estate sales or relationship management, preferably in a consulting or advisory environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; relevant certification
