Role Description As a Placement Coordinator at SkillCircle™ in Laxmi Nagar, you will manage end-to-end placement activities for learners and alumni in a full-time, in office capacity. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners,



identifying relevant job and internship opportunities, and matching candidates to suitable roles based on their skills and career goals. You will conduct placement briefings, coordinate interviews, assist learners with resume and portfolio preparation, and provide guidance on interview readiness and professional etiquette. The role also involves tracking placement outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with trainers and mentors to align curriculum with industry requirements.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to support learners and liaise effectively with hiring partners.
Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for presentations, counseling, and employer outreach.
Background or experience in education, training, or career services to understand learner needs and academic pathways.
