Role Description The Recovery Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in West Bengal, India. This role involves managing and executing debt recovery activities, including follow-ups with customers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections in line with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.



The Recovery Officer will maintain accurate records of recovery actions, prepare reports on portfolio performance, and coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to resolve issues. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers in a professional manner, providing clarity on repayment obligations, addressing concerns, and promoting responsible financial behavior. The role requires regular field visits, adherence to ethical collection practices, and contribution to overall portfolio health and risk mitigation.
