Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sous Chef role based in Mumbai. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in planning and executing daily production of healthy, nutrition-focused menus, ensuring consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation and cooking, managing inventory and ingredient quality,



and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The role involves contributing to menu development, optimizing prep and cooking processes for efficient delivery operations, and ensuring all dishes meet defined nutritional and quality guidelines. The Sous Chef will also help train team members, monitor kitchen workflow, and collaborate with operations to meet order timelines and customer expectations.
Qualifications
Strong culinary foundation with experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a high-volume or health-focused kitchen.
Knowledge of nutrition-conscious cooking, healthy ingredients, portion control, and menu planning for diverse dietary needs.
Proficiency in kitchen operations, including food safety and sanitation standards, inventory management, and quality control.
Team leadership skills, with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
