Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli for an Area Sales Manager for Beauty & Cosmetics Trade in Karnataka. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth,



managing distributor and retailer relationships, and expanding market presence for D.K Industries’ hair color and personal care products across the assigned territory. Daily activities include planning and executing sales visits, negotiating trade terms, monitoring secondary sales, and ensuring product visibility and availability in key markets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and supply, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Area Sales Manager will also conduct product trainings for trade partners and field teams, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and territory management skills in FMCG or beauty & cosmetics trade.
