Role Description The Human Resources Executive at The County Inn will manage day-to-day HR activities to support a positive and compliant workplace. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, managing attendance and leave, and coordinating payroll inputs in collaboration with the finance team. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, handling employee relations issues, supporting performance management processes,



and organizing training and development initiatives. The HR Executive will also ensure adherence to labor laws, coordinate employee engagement activities, and provide HR support to all departments. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in hotel or hospitality settings preferred.
Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and record-keeping.
Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to address employee concerns, promote engagement, and support conflict resolution.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including local labor laws, workplace regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
